Bisphenol A

UCC can formulate concentrates and certify that the product is free of intentionally added Bisphenol A (BPA).

California Toxics in Packaging Prevention Act

UCC can formulate concentrates which comply with California Toxics in Packaging Prevention Act.

CONEG

UCC can formulate concentrates and certify that the product does not contain any intentionally added lead, cadmium, mercury or hexavalent chromium.

Deca BDE

UCC can formulate concentrates and certify that the product is free of intentionally added Decabromodiphenyl ether (DecaBDE).

EU Food Contact Compliance

UCC can formulate concentrates and certify that the pigments, additives and poymers in the product comply with EU Directive 2002/72/EC relating to plastic materials or articles intended to come into contact with foodstuff.

EU Packaging Directive

UCC can formulate concentrates and certify that concentrates comply with European Directive 94/62/EC on packaging and packaging waste.

FDA

UCC can formulate concentrates and certify that the pigments, additives and polymers in the product comply with the appropriate section under Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations for their intended conditions of use.

Phthalates

UCC can formulate concentrates and certify that the product is free of intentionally added phthalates.

Proposition 65

UCC can formulate concentrates which comply with California Proposition 65 “California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986″.

REACH-SVHC

UCC can formulate concentrates and certify that the product complies with REACH regulations regarding Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC).
